If you install EnjoaŽ and discover that the signature or fingerprint capture devices are not working properly, these free utilities can be used to diagnose the problem. You should contact EnjoaŽ Technical Support for assistance using these utilities and to receive a proper diagnosis of the problem.

To use these utilities, click a link below and then save the utility to your computer desktop or another location on your hard drive.

  • idTest (36 KB)*
    The idTest utility allows you to verify whether the firmware version of your Enjoa pad is up to date.

  • ePadID_ActiveX_VBTest (8 KB)*
    The ePadID ActiveX VB Test utility allows you to test captures of signatures and thumbprints to verify that the hardware works correctly.
